The new Subaru WRX will make its world debut at the Los Angeles Motor Show later this month, Subaru has confirmed.
In a teaser shot posted on the firm's official Twitter feed, the WRX is shown to have similar styling to the WRX Concept revealed at the New York Motor Show earlier this year. There's a huge bonnet scoop, sharp aerodynamic lines, huge air intakes below the front bumper and Subaru's trademark hexagonal grille.
It's unclear whether or not the new WRX will make it to the UK; however, if it does, it will mark the return of the nameplate following Subaru's decision to stop selling the model in Blighty last year.
No details have been released yet on the new WRX but Subaru promises "jaw-dropping handling" and claims that "nobody else has ever built anything like it." Big words, I'm sure you'll agree.
More information will be released when the WRX makes it LA Motor Show debut.
