Renault have launched their first special edition models of the summer with the Megane Limited and Scenic Limited versions now available to order.
The new Limited special editions cost £500 more than the Dynamique TomTom models on which they are based, but come equipped with extras worth an additional £1000 according to the French carmaker. These extras include a panoramic sunroof, extra tinted windows and tailgate, rear parking sensors, gloss black folding electric door mirrors, and unique Limited upholstery, badging, and kickplates. There are also further options available at extra cost, for example 17-inch Pragma wheels for £310, and R-Link with upgraded Western European Mapping for £200 on the Scenic, and £300 on the Megane.
The Limited package is available across the Megane and Scenic ranges, with a choice of engine options. Petrol power is available courtesy of the 1.6-litre VVT 110 and 1.2-litre ENERGY TCe 115 engines, with the added option of the 1.2-litre ENERGY TCe 130 engine on the Scenic. Two diesel units are available, the 1.2-litre dCi 110 and 1.6-litre ENERGY dCi 130.
Megane Limited prices start from £18,250, and Scenic from £19,865, with order books now open in preparation for deliveries to commence in September.
