It might be raining cats and dogs outside, but we thought we'd inject your Monday morning with a few ccs of summer -- 4691ccs, to be precise.
This is the new Maserati GranCabrio MC, which Maserati claims "blends high performance and sports characteristics derived from racing experience with the style, charm and practicality of Maserati’s four seater convertible."
While the new car features the same 4.7-litre engine as the rest of the GranCabrio range, the MC is both 48mm longer and 100kg lighter than the GranCabrio and the GranCabrio Sport.
The styling has been tweaked too, and the new MC features a front-end inspired by the MC Stradale along with an extended rear end which Maserati claims improves the car's aerodynamic performance.
Maserati has also fitted the MC with a rear spoiler which is designed to give greater negative lift at high speeds, improving stability.
