Today marks the launch of Hyundai's new Generation i30 in the UK.
An older version of the i30 received Which? 'Best Buy' status in 2011, and Hyundai also walked away with the 'Best Car Manufacturer' award in the consumer magazine survey.
The new i30 starts from just £14,495 and Hyundai is hoping that the model's spacious interior makes it the ideal choice for the family market.
Drivers can choose from four engines (two petrols and two diesels) with five power outputs. This is in addition to a choice of four trim levels - Classic, Active, Style and Style Nav.
The i30 also includes front, front side and full length curtain airbags, steering wheel audio controls and an Electronic stability programme (ESP).
The C-segment model leads the way in its class, boasting the lowest 'Benefit-in-Kind' (BIK) rate, £876 per year for 40% tax payers, as well as being the cheapest sub-100g/km 5-door model in the segment.
Tony Whitehorn, President and CEO Hyundai Motor UK, said, "The new generation i30 represents another leap forward in terms of Hyundai's design, refinement and build quality. Coupled with our generous standard specification and backed up by our industry leading Five Year Triple Care assurance, the New Generation i30 truly represents the complete package for customers looking for a high-quality vehicle at an affordable price."
