The new Citroen C4 Cactus Aventure concept has been officially unveiled ahead of its public debut at next month's Geneva Motor Show.

The C4 Cactus Aventure is a rugged, off-road-inspired interpretation of the C4 Cactus, which was revealed earlier this month and which was based on the Cactus concept revealed at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show.

In addition to a raise ride height, the Cactus Aventure gets metal bull bars, wheel arch extensions, a roof box with in-built spotlights, and off-road tyres. The car finished in white and features yellow decals and black detailing.

Citroen has yet to confirm whether the Cactus Aventure will make it into production; however, there is nothing to suggest that it won't.

More details on the Aventure concept will be announced in Geneva.
