BMW have released details of the new 3 Series saloon, including pricing structure.
The sixth-generation of the 3 Series saloon sees the design grow in size and interior space but, thanks to new powertrains and technology, it will be more fuel efficient than its predecessor.
The entry level in the range is the £29,060 BMW 328i Saloon. In manual gearbox form, its 245bhp petrol engine powers the 328i from 0-62mph in 5.1 seconds with a combined fuel economy of 44.1mpg, and CO2 emissions of 149g/km.
The range topping model will be the 335i, with 306bhp and a 5.5 second 0-62mph time. The 335i has a price tag of £35,525, and returns a combined 35.8mpg and CO2 emissions of 186g/km.
The most efficient model in the new line-up is the BMW 320d EfficientDynamics Saloon. Priced at £28,080, its 163bhp diesel engine will allow for 68.9mph and just 109g/km of CO2 emissions.
