Welcome to the Afternoon Round-up, our daily rundown of the day's motoring news.

The Qoros 3 saloon (pictured above), which was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show last month, will make its Chinese debut at the Shanghai Motor Show on 20 April. The model will go on sale in China in the second half of 2013, with the first European sales following later in the year. Qoros claims that the car features "European standards of design, quality and engineering."
