Background
The Renault Grand Modus arrived in 2008, four years in to the Modus’s first generation. It is 158 inches longer than the Modus and contained a larger boot which has a volume of 410 litres. It features new styling which was also applied to the original Modus.
The Grand Modus has a number of good safety features which helped it achieve 5 stars in the Euro NCAP test of passenger safety. Despite being a good reliable vehicle; Renault decided to cease production of the Grand Modus and the Modus alike in 2012.
