DVLA reveal the most expensive football themed number plates they have ever sold.
With all of England and most of the world gearing up for the World cup in Brazil, DVLA have taken the opportunity to get in the footballing spirit. They have released a rundown of the most expensive football related number plates they have ever sold.
WE57 HAM tops the charts at a whopping £57,000 sold in 2007 and is closely followed in second place by their London neighbours AR53 NAL priced £36,000 in 2004. The national team will be pleased to know that EN61 AND features at number 7 in the list and was sold for £12,000 in 2012. The patriotic plate should attract a lot of attention to the owner during June and July, maybe it could feature in the victory parade when our squad return home. Fingers crossed!
