Spanish car maker SEAT are continuing their impressive run of UK motoring awards by taking away the title of ‘Most Rated’ in the first ever Honest John Awards.
The Honest John Awards were set up to recognise and give honours to the vehicles which are most searched for or most highly rated on the Honest John website.
The SEAT Ibiza ST was launched last year as the third car in a line up which also includes the sporty Ibiza SC and the more practical Ibiza 5 door models.
This estate version of the Ibiza, SEAT's highest selling car, was created by the firm's chief designer Luc Donckerwolke to offer increased storage capacity in the Ibiza range. The boot storage space of the ST is 430-litres with the seats up, an improvement of 138-litres over the 5-door model.
It comes with a wide range of engines, including turbocharged petrol units and turbodiesels. An E Ecomotive version also adds start-stop engine technology to reduce the fuel consumption to 80.7mpg and CO2 emissions to 92g/km.
Prices for a new Ibiza ST start from £12,410, and it is available in S A/C, SE, Sport Spec and SE Copa trim levels.
