Mitsubishi are encouraging their customers to go greener with the introduction of a new scrappage scheme that could see them save £6,500 on the price of a new ultra-low emission Outlander PHEV.

Customers trading in a pre-2010 Euro 4 will be able to claim an allowance off the price of a new Mitsubishi, with the Outlander PHEV benefitting from the largest discount of £4,000. When added to the Government’s Plug-in Car Grant £2,500, the total saving on the 4x4 SUV Outlander SUV is £6,500. Customer will also benefit from the Outlander PHEV’s low CO2 emissions of just 41g/km and combined 166mpg.

The scrappage discount is also available on other models in the Mitsubishi line up, including the Mirage supermini which attracts a £2,000 scrappage allowance, the ASX SUV at £3,000, and the seven-seat Outlander diesel with a £3,500 discount. The deals are available now until December 28th 2017.
