A Vermont man crushed seven police vehicles in his tractor, after being angered by a recent arrest.

The man on the tractor had recently been charged with resisting arrest and marijuana possession, and decided to take revenge on the small-town coppers.

By the time the cops realised their cars were being destroyed, the man had crushed five marked cars, an unmarked car and a police van by driving over them in his tractor.

With their vehicles wrecked, "we had nothing to pursue him with," said Chief Deputy Philip Brooks.

Luckily no one was injured, and the culprit was apprehended shortly afterwards.
